Shawano County Rural Resource Guide

 This resource manual was a project of the Leadership Shawano County class of 2005/2006.  It was funded by a federal grant awarded to Shawano County’s Rural Health Initiative.  The leadership class has completed the project and it has now been adopted by Rural Health Initiative for future updates.  It will be reprinted periodically and updated regularly at       www.shawanoruralhealth.org

 Rural Health Initiative is a non-profit organization which provides free health screening services for rural Shawano County.  The Rural Health Coordinator is familiar with the organizations listed in this guide and can be contacted as a resource person by calling 715-524-4811.
